Annually a review on capacity planning is being done to expand production and increase staff resources, improve plant conditions and optimize plant capacity to be able to serve the increasing current orders and to accommodate new customers.

Tube Mill

Tube rolling machine capable of producing about 50-60 m/min or equivalent to minimum of 800 units/day at 8 hours of operation.

Stamping Line

Technology includes the availability of shearing machines, mechanical press and hydraulic press machines capable of producing 40,000 complete parts to support radiator assembly.

Core Baking Furnace

Can bake about 20,000 units/month at 2 units/min. with Trolley Conveyor Hanger Pitch of 800 mm at Normal Speed of 1950 mm/min . Passing time is approximately 4.5 ~ 5.5 mm. Heating Chamber Temp. 300 C ~ 380 C. Fuel used is Kerosene.
